>> Providence Medical Center is a non-profit community hospital in Kansas City, KS that is
       affiliated with the Sisters of Charity of Leavenworth Health System, and with the
       Leavenworth, KS Saint John Hospital.   The hospital is fully accredited by the Joint
       Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations, and provides medical
       services including family care, cancer treatment, rehabilitation medicine, orthopedics,
       neurosurgery, outpatient services, spine care, cardiology, and interventional

>> Carondelet Health is a non-profit group serving the Kansas City, MO metro area, and is
       a member of Ascension Health, the largest Catholic and non-profit healthcare
       system in the country.  Carondelet Health's member facilities in the KC area include
